We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Account Manager to join our growing Commercial team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What You'll Do!

  • Oversee the end-to-end health and growth of an assigned book of business:
  • Build strong relationships with your clients: understand organization structure/departments, customer needs and relate how our products can empower business success, identify, and mobilize product champions within client’s user base.
  • Manage account health and drive broader solution adoption across the organization. Map account penetration and develop user/usage growth plans.
  • internal Customer Success teams to address and resolve customer issues swiftly. Understand 3E’s support touch points with a customer, raise awareness and champion seamless client support.
  • Train/demo product to new users to drive adoption.
  • Stay abreast of EH&S industry developments and our product enhancements to connect value proposition to your clients.
  • Holistically review the assigned book of business and identify appropriate account growth targets.
  • Plan and manage renewal activity and price adjustments that result in meeting/exceeding account growth targets.
  • Create compelling business proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Partner with the Finance and Sales Ops Support to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team on creating targeted ABM and user outreach campaigns.
  • Partner with Business Development team to ensure successful new client onboarding/hand-off and identify and refer cross-selling opportunities within your existing book of business.
  • Influence our product roadmap by sharing client feedback with our Commercial leaders and Product teams.
  • Document client engagement activity and proactively manage your renewal pipeline in [please apply online] class="jobSectionHeader"> What Makes You a Great Fit!
    • Bachelor’s degree required. A degree in Chemistry, Environmental Policy, Chemical Engineering, EH&S, or a related business field is preferred.
    • 6+ years of successful account management experience. A background in the chemical regulatory solutions, supply chain or IT systems sales, or EH&S industry is preferred.
    • Recent experience (at least 2-3 years) with diagnostic/consultative sales methodology highly preferred.
    • Team lead experience and interest in pursuing commercial people management career path preferred.
    • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and [please apply online] Interpersonal Skills. Effectively utilizes analytical skills to solve customer business problems. Negotiator. Well-versed in the Challenger Sale or similar diagnostic sales and value-based pricing methodologies.
    • Avid Learner: Aptitude to master EH&S industry, technical product suite, and customer landscape.
    • Self-Management (Time and priorities). Excellent time management, attention to detail, and overall strong organizational skills.
    • Written Communication. Excellent written communication skills, experienced in preparing and presenting client proposals/RFPs.
    • Teamwork. Team player, who collaborates with ease up and down the organization.
    • Flexibility. Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.

    The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, experience, geography, and qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and/or equity depending on the position offered.
